Refund policy

The buyer has the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

Right to cancel the purchase

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

In that case, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Special note for swimsuits

For hygiene reasons, a return is only possible if:

the product has not been worn

has not been washed

has original labels

has a protective hygiene tape

Return conditions

The product must be:

unused

undamaged

in the original packaging

with the invoice attached

The seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the specified conditions.

Complaints procedure

Complaints are submitted via email: itageswimwear@gmail.com

You must provide:

order number

problem description

product photos (if there is damage)

Deadlines

The seller is obliged to:

respond to the complaint within 8 days

resolve the complaint within 15 days

Refund

In the event of a justified complaint, the buyer will be:

refunded

replaced product

granted a discount

depending on the situation and agreement.
